The grill-less pan design prevents broilers from getting caught and prevents feed from shifting to one side. The rounded edges, swinging and rotation of the pan makes sure that the birds do not get injured. The hinged pan bottom and open pan design allows easy emptying and cleaning of the broiler feed pan. The smooth surface, swinging and rotating feed pan facilitates cleaning and disinfection with high-pressure washer.

CONTROL PAN WITH LED LIGHT
The control pan is equipped with a built-in multi-voltage sensor and LED light. White LED lighting triggers chicks and stimulates the feed intake from the control pan. When empty, other pans are continuously supplied with fresh feed. The blue control LED light is positioned at the rear of the sensor to prevent broilers from pecking.
EASY CONTROL OF FEED DISTRIBUTION
The feed distribution can be easily managed by the central adjustment for high and low feed level position with the winching system. The 6-postion feed level ring ensures accurate and easy feed level adjustment. Feed spillage is prevented. The feed pan is suitable for meal, pelletised and crumbled feed. It is a labour-saving system, that is easy to manage.
FLEXBIN LIGHTWEIGHT AND EASY TO HANDLE
The FlexBin weighs just 4.9 kg, making it an easy-to-handle hopper. The FlexBin has a transparent, white impact-resistant synthetic funnel (HDPE), that clearly shows the contour of the feed. The hopper is easy to install and available with a single or double outlet.
